at TEDx Wollongong in 2027

Thank you for your interest in becoming a speaker at TEDxWollongong 2027.

TEDx is about providing a platform for ideas worth spreading.

The focus for curation is on the strength of the content, not the applicants previous speaking history.

In addition, TEDx events are designed to provide a local platform for local ideas and innovations.

It is an expectation that a proposed talk is a unique offering and not part of an individuals brand strategy, or a talk previously delivered. An exception to this is when your own story is central to your talk and the content therein.

Please complete this form, your responses will help our team understand your link to Wollongong, your proposed talk, and how your idea connects with our event theme.

Your talk does not need to be designed around the theme however the theme must be referenced so that we know your talk is for our event, and not a general keynote you deliver.

Note: Speaking at TEDx is an un-paid and volunteer opportunity. Selected speakers must be available for rehearsals and preparation sessions (dates TBC) and will be required to sign the TEDx Speaker Release Form.
